LETS TALK ABOUT AGED CARE

Lower Eyre Council invites you to join the Department of Health & Aged Care and representatives from Services Australia, Care Finder and Aged Rights Advocacy Service for a discussion on Commonwealth funded aged care services, what they are and how to find them.

We will talk participants through a rnage of aged care services, the assessment process and finding services that meet your needs.

We will also discuss some of the recent reforms in aged care and what quality care services look like.
